These new features support David Allen’s GTD methodology and make it easier to capture, clarify, organize, and reflect on your to-dos so that you can engage in the right ones at the right time. When you tap “new meeting”, the first step is to select the team members (users) and resources. If you’re a task-oriented person, you’ll appreciate the new task features we’ve added in Daylite 6. A light grey bar will appear for any time that the meeting room or team member is already booked on that dat so you can schedule your meeting around it. For example, if you use resources for booking a conference room, in addition to the busy times of your team members, you’ll now be able to see what time slots that room is already booked. This means when scheduling a meeting with other team members, you can ensure resources are available for your meeting. When you schedule a meeting with other team members from your iPhone or iPad, you can now include resources as well. Daylite 6.0.3 for iPhone and iPad is now available on the App Store.
